Credit Cards
- Netlink IP Communications cannot process your credit card if it has expired. Our customers are responsible for

- To prevent delay in billing and additional charges to account please notify Netlink IP Communications with a new
expiration date 15 days prior to your billing cycle.

Payment Methods
- Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may switch to auto-billing at any time: e-mail your
local company at the address located on the front of your bill. The only method of payment for monthly
charges is by Credit Card. All other forms of payment can be used for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual
services. By using your credit card for payment you agree to an auto-billing agreement, which authorizes
us to charge your card each month. This agreement is included in our
acceptable use policy.
- Check: Checks should be made payable to Netlink IP Communications. Checks must be written in U.S. dollars
and drawn on a U.S. Bank. Generally, checks are accepted for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services only.
- Money Order: Money orders should follow the same rules as checks. In particular we know that U.SD., Canadian,
and U.K. Postal Money Orders are processed without difficulty. Presumably most International Money Orders will
work if you tell your banker or postal clerk that it is for a U.S. company.
